HOURS:
The Centre operates the whole year round. It is open from 7:00a.m. to 6:00p.m.
PAYMENT OF FEES:
Fees are to be paid in advance. Fees are paid through Debit, Credit Cards, Money Order, Cash or Certified cheque only. Follow the fee schedule. There is a $25 late fee charge if your card is inactive.
ABSENTEEISM: SICK, VACATION
If your child is absent, there is no refund. The full fee is payable in order to reserve a space.
LATE CHARGES:
The Centre closes at 6:00 p.m. Should you be late in picking up your child, there will be a late charge of $10 for the first 10 minutes and $2 dollars every minute onwards.
WITHDRAWAL:
Notification of withdrawal must be given 60 days in advance. Failure to do so requires payment for the whole two months.
PICKING UP:
Only parents and authorized persons with the parent’s written consent are permitted to pick up a child; they must be 16 years of age or older.
REGISTRATION:
A registration fee is charged at the time of enrollment. This fee is non-refundable.
DEPOSIT:
One month deposit is required which will cover your last month when you leave. There is no refund after (3) days accepting the space reserved.
ILLNESS & MEDICATION:
If a child appears to be ill, he or she will be separated from the other children and a parent will be called to take the child home.
Only prescribed medication will be administered to a child and only from the original container as supplied by a pharmacist. The parent must give written authorization by filling out and signing a medication form supplied by the Centre.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS:
Each child is required to have an individual bag for his or her belongings. Every item should be labeled with the child’s name. If your child is still on diaper; you are required to provide the following items: wash cloths, diapers, wipes and cream if they needed one. You must bring your own blanket and pillow or soft toy for your child for nap time.
HOLIDAYS:
The Centre observes all statutory holidays. |
